Returns policy
We can offer a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that a refund or Exchange does not apply if –
- Item was incorrectly assembled leading to fault or damage
- Inadequate storage, misuse or neglect
- Inappropriate cleaning products used
- Product tampering/modification
- Product wear and tear
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed.
Faulty/Damaged Item
In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or damaged item, please lodge a request for a refund or exchange within 5 days of receiving your purchase. In order to help with your inquiry, we recommend providing your full name and order number, along with images of fault, damage and packaging.
Refund or exchange does not apply if –
- Item was incorrectly assembled leading to fault or damage
- Inadequate storage, misuse or neglect
- Inappropriate cleaning products used
- Product tampering/modification
- Product wear and tear
How do I return my item
Lodge a returns request to ReturnsMymala@Gmail.com within 14 days of purchasing your item/s. Please include your full name, order number, reasoning and details of item you are wishing to return. Once we have accepted your order we will provide you with our return shipping address, please secure item/s in original or similar packaging with your order number clearly written on the outside of the parcel.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless that item was damaged when received. In that case we will cover the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
- Once your refund is approved, please allow a few days for your bank to credit your account. Please carefully check all accounts you may have used for the original payment
- Contact your credit card company. Different providers take varying amounts of time to process these payments.
- If they are unable to help you should contact your bank.
